Mumbai, August 4: Air cooler manufacturer Symphony Limited on Tuesday reported a 5 per cent year-on-year (YoY) decline in its consolidated net profit for the first quarter of FY27, even as the company posted healthy revenue growth and improved operating performance.
According to the company's regulatory filing, profit after tax (PAT) stood at Rs 40 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, compared with Rs 42 crore reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
Revenue Rises 8% Year-on-Year
Despite the decline in bottom-line earnings, Symphony recorded steady growth in its top line during the quarter. Revenue from operations increased 8 per cent YoY to Rs 378 crore, up from Rs 350 crore in the same quarter last year.
The revenue growth reflects continued demand for the company's air cooling solutions across domestic and international markets.

The company's earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) rose 28 per cent to Rs 46 crore, compared with Rs 36 crore in the year-ago period.
Operating efficiency also improved, with the EBITDA margin expanding to 12.2 per cent, up from 10.3 per cent in the corresponding quarter of FY26, indicating better cost management and stronger operational performance.
