Mumbai: Actress Kirti Kulhari has spoken about dealing with prolonged stress and the decision to prioritise self-care after months of intense work pressure.
The Uri: The Surgical Strike actress shared that the past six to seven months had been particularly demanding as she immersed herself in her first project as a producer. Over time, she said, stress had become a constant part of her daily routine.
Reflecting on the period, Kulhari noted that while one part of her wanted to accept the pressure as normal, a larger part recognised that it was not sustainable. She decided to step away, recharge and focus on her well-being through Panchakarma therapy.
