14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Good Faith Resolution

14.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). The seat of arbitration shall be Jaipur, Rajasthan. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

14.3 Exceptions

Nothing in this dispute resolution clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

15. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes:

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised
A notice may be displayed on our website or communicated to newsletter subscribers where changes are significant
Your continued use of the Platform after the revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms
