TVS Credit posts 15% PAT growth, Rs 208 crore profit in Q1 FY27
TVS Credit reports Rs 208 crore PAT in Q1 FY27, up 15%, with disbursements rising 31% and AUM growing 19% to Rs 32,053 crore year-on-year.
TVS Credit Services Limited has reported a 15% rise in net profit for the June quarter, closing Q1 FY27 with a profit after tax of Rs 208 crore against Rs 181 crore a year earlier. The results were announced on Monday from Bengaluru.
Loan disbursements led the numbers, climbing 31% over the same quarter last year. The non-banking lender, part of the TVS VENU group, said total income rose 13% to Rs 1,918 crore from Rs 1,697 crore in Q1 FY26. Assets under management grew 19% to touch Rs 32,053 crore as on 30 June 2026, up from Rs 26,898 crore a year ago.
What drove the quarter? A pickup in consumer spending, according to the company. TVS Credit said its consumer durables financing benefited from higher discretionary purchases and a shift toward premium products, along with wider reach. The two-wheeler segment held up well too, helped by steady demand in semi-urban and rural markets, marriage-season buying, and rising interest in electric vehicles.
