Air India, Tourism Ministry Partner to Boost Inbound Travel

New Delhi, July 27 (IANS) Air India announced on Monday that it entered a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Tourism to jointly promote India as a premier global tourism destination and to strengthen the country’s position as a key aviation and transit hub. 

The MoU establishes a framework for coordinated initiatives across tourism marketing, trade engagement, transit tourism and visitor‑experience enhancement, the statement from Air India said.

It will leverage Air India’s expanding global network and the Ministry’s Incredible India branding to boost inbound tourism and global visibility.
