McGoldrick sold 2.1 million shares — equivalent to a 0.51 per cent stake in the Tata Group company — in four tranches on Friday. The shares were offloaded at an average price of Rs 785 apiece, taking the total transaction value to Rs 164.85 crore. Following the sale, his holding in Tata Technologies fell to 0.62 per cent from 1.13 per cent.
