With more than 600 exhibitors, around 300 international companies, participation from 52 countries, and 56 MoUs, announcements and strategic initiatives, the SEMICON India 2026 event provided a platform for investment, technology partnerships, commercialisation of research, industry-academia collaboration, startup development, skilling and international cooperation across the semiconductor value chain.

A Milestone Edition for India's Flagship Conference

According to an official statement, the fifth edition of India's flagship semiconductor conference marked another step in the development of the domestic semiconductor ecosystem, reflecting the event's growing scale and significance as a platform for the sector's continued expansion within the country.

A Diverse Showcase Across the Value Chain

Six Country Pavilions representing Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Singapore and Sweden, along with 12 State Pavilions, a Startup Pavilion, Workforce Development Zone, Innovation Showcase and Student Hackathon, showcased different dimensions of the semiconductor value chain, spanning everything from international industry participation to domestic state-level involvement and emerging talent development.
